When will my order be dispatched?
We generally dispatch orders Monday to Wednesday each week to avoid postal delays over the weekend. This ensures your chocolates reach you in their freshest condition.
How do you keep chocolates safe during transit?
Our chocolates are highly perishable and sensitive to heat so we ship your chocolate products using:

What happens if there's a delay or it's very hot?
From time to time, shipping may be delayed due to extreme weather or events outside our control. If we believe it's too hot to safely send your order, we'll hold it until conditions improve and contact you to discuss the best option.

Yes — you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track it through the Australia Post website.
What if my order arrives damaged or melted?
We take every precaution to ensure your chocolates arrive in beautiful condition. However, once parcels leave our care, we can't control handling or temperature in transit.
If your order doesn't arrive in good condition, please contact us right away with photos and details. We'll always do our best to assist.
Do you ship to WA?
Because transit times to WA are significantly longer than to the eastern states, even with Express Post, there's a much higher risk of chocolates being exposed to heat or delays in transit.
To ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, we may only open limited shipping to WA (metropolitan areas only) during the cooler season (May–August), depending on weather conditions.
Please contact us if you'd like to check or be notified if shipping to your WA location is possible - we're always happy to help.
